When spicerhaart, the UK’s largest independent estate agency group acquired the estate agents Haybrook,
Gosh! was approached to devise a refreshed, revitalised identity and design new marketing materials for the
South Yorkshire based agents. Integrating the clear strengths of the existing spicerhaart branding and positioning
into the established, familiar identity of Haybrook, Gosh! created a clean, clear, more contemporary
approach for Haybrook without compromising its heritage within the local market or confusing consumers with
any radical redesign.
spicerhaart sought to re-establish Haybrook, in the face of its local competition, as the area’s leading agent – the most likely first port of call for any potential vendor. Haybrook’s bright, eye-catching look and feel was successfully integrated with spicerhaart’s bold clarity to create a distinct but clearly related identity, one which would create immediate stand-out in the local market.
